iBeani offers a 30-day money back guarantee and a standard 12-warranty (except general wear and tear) on all of our products.

How to cancel an order

Orders can be cancelled at anytime, up to the dispatch time of the order by emailing our support team at sales@ibeani.co.uk or calling 0800 781 7831, quoting the order reference number and reason for cancellation. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and customers will need to refer to our returns policy below.

Returns and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can provide a refund under the terms of our 30-day money back guarantee. However, you must keep all the product packaging, including the instructions and the product must be returned in a saleable condition. Please re-pack your item, along with the dispatch note. This will help us to process your order. And please post it back to us. Please be aware, you will be responsible for paying returned postage costs, unless your item is faulty.

You must let us know within 30 days of purchase by email (sales@ibeani.co.uk) or phone (0800 781 7831) quoting your order number.

Providing the item is in its original condition, we will authorise a return and issue a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the item back.

Nothing in our 30-day money back guarantee policy or this section affects your statutory rights. For example, you have a right to claim a repair or replacement of goods for up to 6 years from the date of purchase (5 years in Scotland) if your goods were not of satisfactory quality or fit for their purpose on the date of purchase. If you make a claim during the first 6 months, and we reject it, it's up to us to prove the goods were of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose at time of sale. After 6 months, it's up to you to show that the product had a fault or defect when it was sold. If you ordered via telephone or internet you have the right under distance selling regulations to cancel your order and receive a refund for home delivered items under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

12-Month Warranty

In the very unlikely event your iBeani becomes un-usable due to quality, damage (except general wear and tear) or the bean filling has deflated then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the options available, which may include replacing the product or sending out replacement bean filling.

 Fulfilment and contact details 

Our fulfilment and customer contact centre is managed by JML (John Mills Limited). As part of this service, you will receive documentation from your iBeani purchase(s) with their name and contact details on. When calling our customer services phone number, you will also speak to one of their Customer Care representatives who will assist you on our behalf.
