Best Mother’s Day Gift for Mother’s Day

Best Mother’s Day Gift for Mother’s Day

When is Mothers Day?

Falling this year on the 31st March, Mother’s Day or Mothering Sunday as it is also known, is an annual celebratory day of appreciation for the mother of the Family.

Once observed as a day on which people would visit their "mother" church, it has become an occasion for honouring the mothers of children and giving them Mother’s Day presents.

So where did it all begin?

During the 16th Century, people returned to their mother church for a service to be held on Laetare Sunday, the fourth Sunday of Lent. In later times Mothering Sunday became a day when domestic servants (often children) got the day off to visit church, usually with their own mothers and other family members. The children would pick wild flowers on the way, to place in church or as a gift for mother.

Fast forward to 2019 and I am sure many mums will be receiving the traditional Mother’s Day gifts of flowers & chocolates which in themselves are great but will only last a few days, at the most weeks. iBeani is a little bit different and perhaps an unusual mothers day gift, but if she uses a tablet device of any size, kindle, eReader or likes to read a book, it will be the most useful gift for mothers day you could buy.

Made in the UK using high quality, durable fabrics, iBeani is a multi-award-winning tablet bean bag stand, designed to hold any size tablet, at any viewing angle, on any surface, offering a hands free, comfortable way to browse, read, shop or game. iBeani is fully washable and will last for years to come. Lovingly gift boxed and with a range of designs to suit all mums, iBeani really does make the perfect gift idea this Mother’s Day.

Wishing all mothers a Happy Mother’s Day!
