iBeani Cancellation and Returns Policy
We are happy to cancel an order and accept returns using the following policy.
How to cancel an order
Orders can be cancelled at anytime, up to the dispatch time of the order by emailing our support team at email@example.com quoting the order reference number and reason for cancellation. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and customers will need to refer to our returns policy below.
iBeani are happy to accept a return in the unlikely event that the customer is not happy in any way or the item is damaged/faulty. If items have arrived damaged then iBeani may ask for photographic evidence or item returned for inspection prior to any replacement/refund being authorised.
If the item(s) are not damaged and the customer would like to return for any other reason then the item(s) must be sent back un-opened, in the original condition/packaging, at which point a refund will be offered less the initial shipping cost paid to the courier by iBeani.
Any return must be authorised by iBeani and customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the item(s) - contact us or see our money back guarantee policy.
